Shipping method and carrier are selected based on item size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Large or heavy HVAC systems may require freight shipping and additional charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by product and location:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Freight shipments: 5–10 business days (or longer depending on location)

Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries
Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged.
Someone must be available to receive and inspect freight shipments at delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only (or update if international shipping is available).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or freight items.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations (e.g., refrigerants).
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
