Exchanges / Replacements

If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Refrigerants (opened or unsealed)

Electrical components once installed

Clearance or final sale items

Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
